There are 11 councillors serving on Weldon Parish Council. All are residents who have offered their time and knowledge to serve our community. Their varying skills and experience support a fair representation of interests of the residents, to protect our parish and its environment.

The Parish Councillors are supported by the Parish Clerk who is a paid employee of the Council.

The maintenance of Weldon is overseen by the Parish Caretaker. Not only is he cutting grass, hedges and establishing the planters, he also supports the wildlife areas we have in Weldon.

The Parish Council meets in the village hall annex on the first Monday of the month at 7.00pm, but not in August.  All meetings are open to the public and there is always a section to allow members of the public to speak. All agendas and minutes are published on this website. The Parish Council maintain the website to keep residents informed. We hope you find this website useful, and we are always open to discuss ideas. It provides ways for you to directly inform North Northants Council (NNC) on any litter, lighting, parking, criminal or antisocial behaviour. Updates are regularly posted, along with any campaigns, road notifications and all council documents.  Please feel free to contact the Clerk or any of the Councillors if you have any concerns or wish to draw anything to our attention.
